Will You Tear Down The Wall?

By Cathy Moran, Esq. Filed Under: Bankruptcy Practice

tear down the wall

There’s a brick wall that many consumer bankruptcy attorneys run up against day after day.

It keeps them from serving their clients as well as they could.

It prevents them from understanding the full scope of remedies available under the Bankruptcy Code.

And it locks the doors to greater profitability.

That brick wall is unfamiliarity with Chapter 13. For most practitioners, Chapter 13 is seen as too complex and hard to penetrate.

But there’s a secret. Understanding Chapter 13 is mostly just knowing the building blocks and applying some new skills.

Break down the brick wall and you can not only help more people, but do so at a greater level of profitability for your firm.

Tired of sending people away to other lawyers because you’re not comfortable with Chapter 13?

On January 29, 2011 I’m going to help you take a sledgehammer to that wall.  And you’re going to have a chance to be there with me.

Signups will be first-come, first served for this event.

Stay tuned for more information in the next few days.
